Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. New York State licenses us as a Watch Guard and Patrol Agency. We’re also fully insured and will send you our Certificate of Insurance upon request.
Do you provide armed or unarmed guards?
Both. We are licensed for either. We staff to what your site actually needs, not a default package. A lobby desk and a fenced equipment yard call for different coverage.
Do you help us meet MWBE requirements on a contract?
Yes. We are a certified New York State minority-owned business and NMSDC certified. Hiring us for security counts toward your participation requirements on public and municipal work.
What areas do you serve?
We serve all of New York State from Long island to Buffalo.
How fast can you get a guard on site?
We fill next-day requests if we can. We keep staff on call daily to ensure availibility for last minute requests.
What happens if a guard calls out sick?
We cover it. Call-outs happen everywhere. The difference is whose problem it becomes. It is ours, not yours.
How are your guards trained and screened?
Every guard gets a background check before they start. New guards work alongside experienced ones first, and we watch how they do. We are certified to train and certify our own people, so we are not waiting on someone else to get a guard ready.
Do you supply the guard booth or other equipment?
Yes. We bring the booth and set up the post so coverage starts on day one. If your site needs something outside what we normally carry, we will source it or tell you plainly if we cannot.
How does billing work?
We track hours on our end and invoice on schedule. It is right the first time, so you are not sending it back for corrections or waiting on procurement for weeks.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. We cover single events, short-term jobs, and ongoing posts. Tell us what you need and we will scope it to that.
Do you also handle traffic control or flagging?
Yes. We supply certified flaggers, dispatched daily, already working with primes across Long Island and New York City. One company can cover both your security and your flagging needs.

It depends on the site, the coverage, and whether you need armed or unarmed guards. We walk the site first and give you a real number, not a number pulled off a rate card.
