Are your flaggers licensed and certified?
Yes. Every flagger is certified and kept current. We're also certified to train and certify flaggers in house, so we're not waiting on a third party to get someone ready.
Do you help us meet MWBE requirements on a New York State or New York City contract?
Yes. We are a certified New York State minority-owned business and NMSDC certified. Hiring us counts toward your participation requirements on public and municipal work.
How fast can you get flaggers on site?
Call by 3pm and we dispatch for the next morning. We keep crew on call every day, so a next-day need doesn't turn into a gap in coverage.
What happens if a flagger calls out sick?
We serve all of New York State from Long island to Buffalo.
How accurate is your invoicing?
Hours are tracked on our end and your foreman signs off before anything is billed. One invoice a week, correct the first time.
Are your flaggers actually paying attention on site?
New flaggers are paired with seasoned crew and assessed while they work. If someone slips, our safety staff retrain them. It doesn't go unaddressed.
What happens if there's a problem after hours?
After-hours calls trigger a text to three of our people at once. Two to three staff are on call every day.
Do you handle traffic control plans and permits?
Yes, or we work to a plan you already have. Your call.
Are you signatory to the union?
We sort out what it takes to be signatory to the union on your project. That happens on our end, before anyone shows up.
What areas do you serve?
Long Island and New York City.
Do you also provide security services?
Yes. Same company, same dispatch system. One vendor can cover both your security and your flagging needs.
